Cancellations and no shows
New cancellation policy – June 2025
At RH Hair Farnham, we operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit, or if no deposit was taken, 50% of the appointment cost will be charged.
All new client appointments require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Failure to attend an appointment (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the service cost. Any outstanding balances must be settled before booking future appointments.
Respect for Our Team
When booking an appointment, please remember that this time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask all clients to treat our staff with respect. We do not tolerate aggressive behaviour or verbal abuse towards our team.
If You Are Running Late
If you are running late, please call the salon as soon as possible on 01252 724084. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a 50% charge may apply.
If we are still able to proceed but need to adjust the service due to time constraints, the full cost of the original appointment will still be charged.
Deposits for Longer Appointments
For services expected to take a significant amount of time (typically over 2 hours), a deposit will be required at least 7 days in advance. This includes treatments such as hair smoothing and colour corrections. Deposit amounts will vary depending on the service and duration.
Changes to Your Service
If you need to shorten or change your appointment, please contact the salon at least 48 hours in advance to discuss availability.
For colour services, changes may not always be possible due to scheduling. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full cost of the original appointment will still be charged.
