Cancellations and no shows
At RH Farnham we operate a strict 48hr cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled outside of this window will lose their deposit or if a deposit is not taken 50% of the appointment will be charged. All new client appointments require a 50% deposit to be confirmed, which is nonrefundable. No show appointments will be charged at 100%. You will be unable to book any more appointments until this have been paid.
Please remember when booking all appointments that this time is reserved exclusively for you. Please be kind. We do not accept aggressive or verbal bullying towards are staff.
If you are running late
If you are running late to an appointment, please call the salon on 01252724084 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you, however if you are more than 15 minutes late to the appointment this may result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled & 50% of the appointment will be charged. If the appointment can still go ahead however the service needs to be changed due to timing, the original appointment cost will be charged.
RH Hair Farnham will require a deposit a minimum of seven days in advance of appointments that are likely to be time-consuming. For example, a deposit will be required for hair smoothing treatments and colour correction appointments longer than 2 hours. Deposit amounts will vary depending on the treatment and length of service.
Change of Service
If you are no longer able to stay for the length of your appointment. Please contact the salon no later than 48hrs prior to the appointment to ask if this is possible. With colours this is sometimes not possible due to having clients booked in between your service. If we are given less than 48hrs notice you will be charged the full cost of the original appointment.
